- Good Review Form – Add custom text to review form. Change colour of submit button background and text

- Ratings Section – Select which rating number or above constitutes a “good” review (e.g. ”4”). Everything below this number will be categorized as a “bad” review and held in the plugin management area, so visitors will not be asked to continue to the third-party review sites).
