- Good Review Form – Add custom text to review form. Change submit button background and text color

- Ratings Section – Select which rating level or higher is to be considered a “good” review (e.g. “3″). Everything below the level you set will be categorized as a “bad” review and captured feedback management area, so visitors will not be asked to proceed to the third-party review sites).
