- Good Review Form – Add custom text to review form. Change submit button background and text color

- Ratings Section – Choose which rating level or higher is to be considered a “good” review (e.g. “3″). Everything below this level will be deemed a “bad” review and stored in the plugin management section, so visitors will not be asked to continue to the third-party review sites).
