Webinar and video meeting software tools are a terrific and effective way to do business, teach information and discuss ideas. The problem, however, is that the cost of using webinar and video conferencing software can be very expensive for many users, with some requiring you to remain subscribed and pay ongoing fees, and/or restricting the number of viewers who can register.
Fortunately, if you are a WordPress user, there is now a way to run webinars with no limitations or ongoing costs.
RunClick – Webinar Plugin
(RunClick – Webinar and Video Conferencing Software)
Plugin Description
The RunClick webinar plugin for WP allows you to take Google Hangouts, Google’s own webcast software, and turn it into a business-level webinar platform.
Google Hangouts is a powerful web broadcasting system, but it’s not a web marketing solution. RunClick takes advantage of the high quality audio visual capabilities of Google Hangouts, and also gives you the power of pre-recorded webinars at no extra cost, as well as built-in lead capture and follow-up features, giving you a total webinar and video conferencing and marketing solution.
RunClick (previously called “Hangout Plugin”) is a very simple-to-install and easy-to-use video conferencing plugin that will help you promote and broadcast your information to an unlimited global audience, build engagement with your prospective customers, close sales live online, turn your presentations into webinars that can be scheduled to play automatically, and instantly set up automated follow-up campaigns.

No Limits On Events

No Ongoing Expenses
Unlike many solutions that restrict the number of people who can view your web conferences, RunClick lets you present information to an unlimited number of viewers.

Some webinar/video conferencing services can be very expensive or require you to subscribe and pay ongoing fees, even if you have no new events planned for that month. Some services, for example, will charge you around $500 per month.
Additional plugin benefits include:
- Hold Virtual Meetings: RunClick allows you to run online meetings with anybody anywhere around the world, track attendance, send out minutes, and use Google’s technology to provide better audio and video quality to your meetings than solutions like Skype.

- Profit Forever: Your digital broadcasts are automatically recorded, allowing you to set up ongoing replays and profit from pre-recorded content.
Plugin Features
RunClick is a complete webinar solution that provides a number of features to WP users. Here are just some of these features:
