Webinar and video meeting solutions are a practical and effective way to do business, learn information and discuss ideas. The problem, however, is that the cost of using webinar and video conferencing software can be quite expensive for many users, with some requiring you to remain subscribed and pay ongoing fees, and limiting the number of participants who can attend.
Fortunately, if you run a WP website, there is now a way to run webinars with no limitations or ongoing costs.
RunClick – WordPress Video Conferencing Plugin
(RunClick – Webinar and Video Conferencing Software)
Plugin Description
The RunClick WP webinar plugin allows you to manage a professional webinar platform on your web site using Google’s own webcast system, Google Hangouts.
Google Hangouts is an amazing broadcast system, but it’s not a web marketing solution. RunClick uses the high quality audio visual capabilities of Google Hangouts, and also gives you the power of evergreen webinars at no extra cost, as well as built-in lead capture and follow-up functionality, delivering your business a complete webinar and video conferencing solution.
RunClick (formerly released as “Hangout Plugin”) is a very simple-to-install and easy-to-configure webinar and video conferencing plugin that will help to promote and broadcast your information to an unlimited global audience, build engagement with your prospective customers, close sales live over the web, turn your business presentations into webinars that you can schedule to play automatically, and instantly set up automated follow-up campaigns.

Benefits Of Using RunClick
Here are just some of the benefits and advantages of using RunClick to run webinars and video conferences using Google Hangouts on your web site:
Unlimited Events
RunClick lets you hold as many webinars, web conferences, training courses and live presentations as you want.
No Monthly Fees
Unlike a number of solutions that restrict the number of people who can attend your webinars, RunClick lets you deliver your information to an unlimited number of attendees.
No Monthly Fees
Many webinar/video conferencing solutions can be very expensive or require businesses to remain subscribed and pay ongoing fees, even if they have no new events planned for that month. Some other solutions, for example, can run up to around $500 per month.
Additional benefits include:
- Hold Virtual Meetings: RunClick lets you hold virtual meetings with anyone anywhere around the world, track attendance, send out minutes, and take advantage of Google’s own infrastructure to provide better audiovisual quality to your meetings than solutions like Skype.
- Boost User Engagement: You can chat live, survey and share real-time information digitally with participants to increase your engagement and track performance with real-time reporting tools.
- Earn Repeat Revenue: Your webinars are automatically recorded, enabling you to schedule ongoing replays and generate recurring streams of revenue from ”ever green” webinars.
Plugin Features
RunClick is a total webinar solution that offers many unique features to web site owners. Here are just a few:
- Easy Setup: Unlike many webinar and video conferencing hosted solutions, RunClick installs easily on any domain. Leads can be added to your autoresponder and emailed a link to your replay later!
- High Audio & Video Quality: RunClick takes advantage of Google’s own webcasting system to provide excellent audio and visual quality to your presentations.
- Automatic Recording: Just click on “Go” and begin running your broadcast. The software will automatically start recording it.
- Boost Your Brand: RunClick includes a variety of high quality design templates, providing you with control of your pages and your branding. You can even add your own custom template designs.
RunClick also enables you to replay your recorded webinars and gives you extra features for replays such as:
- Scheduling: You can set the time for replays to be available and display countdown timers to increase urgency and maximize attendance. After the deadline has passed, replays are then taken down automatically.
- Replay Access Options: Set replays to be available anyone and everyone, or restrict access to registrants only.
